All website rights, including but not limited to design assets, code, and content, are the exclusive property of Real Great, LLC.

2. Deliverable Ownership

All design deliverables created during the subscription period are owned by the client.

3. Third-Party Services and Assets

Real Great, LLC does not own any third-party services or assets used in the design process. The client is responsible for purchasing the necessary licenses for any third-party resources.

4. Age Restriction

No individuals under the age of 18 are allowed to engage with Real Great, LLC's services, and the client accepts and acknowledges this restriction.

5. Design Feedback

All feedback, comments, and submissions provided by the client belong to Real Great, LLC, and may be used for any lawful purpose.

6. Returns and Refunds

Refunds will not be issued except in exceptional cases, and in such cases, a 50% fee will be deducted from the billable period.

7. Modifications

Real Great, LLC reserves the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York.

9. Litigation

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Disclaimer

Clients use the website at their own risk. Real Great, LLC disclaims all warranties and terms of usage.

11. Liability

Real Great, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, attorney's fees, court costs, fines, or other losses arising from the client's use of the website.

12. User Data

The client is solely responsible for all data transmitted or related to any activity undertaken using the website. Real Great, LLC shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of such data.

13. Communications

All communications regarding the subscription service will be conducted via email.

14. Design Showcasing

Real Great, LLC reserves the right to showcase the work created for clients on its website and digital platforms. Real Great, LLC does not claim ownership of the work but retains the right to display it for promotional purposes.
